ISA Strategic Plan

Setting the course for Indiana's soybean industry future..vision and tradition. 

These two ingredients are the hallmark of a successful business.  An organization must capitalize upon its history, strength, and traditions to build a solid foundation.  At the same time, we live in a dynamic world that does not allow anyone to rest on their laurels' where having the foresight and vision to identify new opportunities and challenges is critical to future success. 

It is these two ingredients, a proud history of service to Indiana's soybean farmers, and a vision for the role our organizations can play in serving Indiana agriculture that stand at the heart of this strategic plan.

A major theme within this plan is working together.  The development of this plan itself reflects this spirit of cooperation.  Farmer-leaders of the Indiana Soybean Board (ISB) and Indiana Soybean Growers Association (ISGA) contributed time, energy, and enthusiasm to the development of the soybean strategic plan.  We are also grateful to Indiana's agricultural industry leaders who shared their time, ideas, and talents as we worked to plan a new future.
